After returning from Berlin, Germany, to my hometown of Perth, Australia, I felt compelled to leverage my unique skills and experience to contribute more effectively to accelerating the energy transition and combating climate change.

One of the critical elements in addressing climate change is the availability of talented individuals to drive meaningful action.

With 15 years of experience, including nine years at Vestas, the world's largest wind turbine manufacturer, where I held various roles in engineering, people management, and product ownership, I realised that founding a consultancy would be the most impactful way to support companies. My aim is to help them manage teams, develop innovative solutions, and lead projects that mitigate climate change.

Inspired by this mission, Enexa was founded.
